The lodgings offered:

1. The Amélie gîte (60 m²) :
   • Capacity : 1 bedroom (160 cm bed), 1 bathroom with separate toilet.
   • Space : Living/dining room with open-plan kitchen. Private terrace facing east and south, with views of the countryside.
   • Accessibility : Accessible on one level with 3 small steps and ramp.
2. The Adèle gîte (60 m²) :
   • Capacity : 1 bedroom (160 cm bed), 1 bathroom with separate toilet.
   • Space : Living/dining room with open-plan kitchen. Small elevated terrace, with a view of the interior courtyard and the park.
   • Accessibility : Accessible on one level with 12 stone steps.
3. The Jeanne gîte (75 m²) :
   • Capacity : 2 bedrooms (1 160 cm bed and 1 140 cm bed), 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.
   • Space : Living/dining room with open-plan kitchen. Large bay window opening onto a south-facing terrace.
   • Accessibility : Designed for people with reduced mobility, accessible on one level.

Services Included:

• Provision of towels, sheets, mattress protectors, duvet covers, duvets and pillows (changed every 15 days).
• Housekeeping every 15 days.
• Water consumption.

Optional Services (à la carte):

• Personal services : Housekeeping, laundry, shopping by Marie-Hélène (employment service check).
• Massages and beauty treatments : Offered by Salya or Rudy and Anaïs.
• Access to the laundry room : Washing machine and dryer available (charge applies).

Prices:

• Gîte Amélie and gîte Adèle : €21/day.
• Gîte Jeanne : €29/day.
• Note : Electricity is billed separately (0.25 €/kWh). A deposit of €500 will be requested upon arrival and returned 48 hours after departure.

Pets:

Domaine des Ormeaux accepts pets (dogs and cats) with a flat rate supplement of €60 for a minimum stay of 21 days . Beyond this period, a supplement of €1/day will be applied. Please consult our acceptance conditions in the Pets section .
