From November 15, 2025 to April 14, 2026 : Long-term rental.

Adèle, Amélie and Jeanne gîtes are let for long-term rental. To find out, please click on the “LONG TERM RENTAL” tab on the home page.

 

Included in Marie, Jeanne, Amélie and Adèle gites rates :

• The rental of the cottage with : sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, towels and bath towels (for swimming pool and spa)
• Electricity and Wifi access
• Access to the swimming pool (from June to the end of September in season) and of the spa (jacuzzi and infrared sauna - 45 mn per accommodation per day)
• The departure cleaning (as well as a weekly cleaning in the case of a minimum stay of one week). However, the hosts agree to leave a clean and tidy kitchen, clean fridge and oven and emptied garbage cans.

 

Not included in gîtes Marie, Jeanne, Amélie and Adèle rates :

• Compulsory tourist tax of 0.55 euro cents per person and per night (*).
• Pet : additonal charge 5€ per day. Please consult on Website SERVICES – Pet section : Criterias and conditions for accepting pet at Domaine des Ormeaux.
• Use of washing machine and dryer with participation. All cottages have a drying rack and access to a washing line in the park.

 

2 - RATE LUCY BED AND BREAKFAST – MINIMUM 2 NIGHTS :

 

 

Included in Lucy's rates:

• Room rental with a continental breakfast per person per day,
• Sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases,
• Bath towels and towels for the pool or spa,
• Electricity and Wifi access,
• Access to the swimming pool (from June to the end of September in season) and of the spa (jacuzzi and infrared sauna - 45 mn per day)
• Departure cleaning

Not included in Lucy’s rate :

3 - ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE INFORMATION

Time of arrivals is from 4:00 p.m. and time of departure is 10:00 a.m.

 

 

4 - BOOKING AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

Reminder: the bank imprint used for instant booking serves as a guarantee and is not debited. Payment must be made upon arrival (see payment methods in the table below).

A deposit of 500€ is required as a part of the rental of Jeanne, Marie, Adele and Amelie gites. It shall be given on the day of arrival and will be returned on departure.

 

 

 

(*): Following a decision of Community of Communes Terrassonnais and Haut Périgord Noir, it is introduced from January 1, 2022 a tourist tax per person and per night, according to the classification of the accommodation. For the Domaine des Ormeaux, classified 3 stars, it is 0.70 euros per person and per night. Collected by Domaine des Ormeaux, it is donated to Community of Communes every quarter.
